How to Enjoy Shopping on 'Black Friday'
Black Friday is traditionally the day that annual sales for retailers are 'in the black'. In other words, they become profitable. Ads and websites for special Black Friday sales and bargains are everywhere and many eager shoppers literally camp out so they can be first in line when stores open as early as 4am the day after Thanksgiving.
I have a better idea. I'd rather camp out in front of my keyboard and shop for bargains and gifts at home. I'd prefer to kick back with a turkey sandwich and leftover stuffing and surf my way to the best deals. So, I've put together a list of a few of the best online resellers of stereo and home theater gear to make your Black Friday shopping easier. Check out my (growing) list of e-tailers that offer great gear at great prices and if you need gift ideas, here's a list of the best holiday gifts for the stereo or music lover.
If you're still determined to brave the crowds, check out the Black Friday Ad List from my colleague Robert Silva, About.com Guide to Home Theater.
